FAIRDER.com provides its services subject to the conditions set forth below. Collectively, these are the "Terms and Conditions". All of these FAIRDER.com Terms may be revised from time to time without notice and will be posted as amended on our site. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions as published.

j. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; or
k. "stalk" or otherwise harass another user.
You acknowledge that FAIRDER.COM and its affiliates have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available through the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, FAIRDER.COM and its affiliates have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
You acknowledge and agree that FAIRDER.COM may retain Content and may also disclose Content if required by law or in the good faith belief that such retention or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms and Conditions; (c) respond to claims that any Content infringes the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of FAIRDER.COM, its users, and the public.

You agree that FAIRDER.COM cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
You acknowledge that FAIRDER.COM does not pre-screen content, but that FAIRDER.COM and its persons have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to take action based on any violation of the OP or the law, including rejecting any content that is available through the Service or denying further access. You agree that FAIRDER.COM shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of such conduct or as a result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service.

The Service may provide or third parties may provide links or other means of obtaining access to information from other persons, websites. Because FAIRDER.COM has no control over such persons, sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that FAIRDER.COM is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that the Service, the FAIRDER.COM website and any necessary software used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that content contained in Sponsors' advertisements or information presented to you through the Service or advertisers may be protected by copyright, trademark, service mark, patent or other proprietary rights and laws.
